Data that may be processed

The website may process information you provide voluntarily when making an enquiry, including your name, email address, telephone number, company name, message, project description and any files you submit.

During an ordinary visit, the server may automatically record an IP address, browser and device type, operating system, request date and time, visited URLs, referral source, error logs and security information.

Analytics or advertising data is processed only after the relevant tools have been enabled and, where required, after consent has been provided through the cookie banner.

Recipients receive only the information needed to perform their task.

• Server logs — normally up to 90 days, and longer only when needed to investigate a security incident.
• Cookie choice record — up to 180 days or until consent is withdrawn.

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent.

Requests may be sent to the privacy email address. You may also complain to the supervisory authority in your country; in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
