oleksandr-m-web-developer.com is a professional portfolio and an informational website describing web development, redesign, support, performance optimisation and migration services.
The website content is not automatically a binding offer or legal, tax or financial advice. Specific service terms are agreed separately.

Visitors may browse pages, follow links and submit service enquiries. Attempts to gain unauthorised access, disrupt operation, distribute malicious code, scrape data in a way that creates excessive load, or use content in violation of intellectual-property rights are prohibited.

A message sent through the website, Telegram or email does not by itself create a contract. A preliminary estimate may change after the complete specification, access details or audit findings are available.
A project is treated as agreed only after the scope, timeline, price, payment method and other essential terms have been confirmed in a contract, written correspondence or a freelance platform.

Project examples demonstrate experience, working methods and types of completed tasks. The result of a new project depends on the website’s starting condition, content, budget, hosting, third-party services, market and client participation.
Brand and platform names are used only to describe technology or work performed and do not imply an official partnership unless expressly stated.

Rights in client projects, logos, screenshots and trade marks belong to their respective owners.
