VIV Real Estate Boutique

VIV Real Estate Boutique is a personal website for a Kyiv real estate professional, designed to showcase services, current properties and completed projects.

The goal was to create a refined interface where architecture, photography and carefully structured content communicate expertise and make key information easy to find. The website was built with WordPress and a customised Kadence child theme, with editable content in the WordPress dashboard.

The project included:

• A bespoke homepage with a responsive hero section and considered typography.
• Dedicated service pages, featured property listings and a portfolio of completed projects.
• Sliders, lightbox photo galleries and interactive before-and-after comparisons.
• Responsive layouts and image-loading adjustments for different screen sizes.
• Contact form configuration and foundational SEO structure.

The result is a cohesive online presentation of a real estate professional: visually understated, easy to navigate and ready to grow as new properties and projects are added.
